In my opinion, SCP-682 is too unnoticable. From my perpective, lots of people mistake the room with 682's document is his Containment Chamber and that he hasn't escaped yet even though he has. What could slightly help players know he escaped is probably some damage he done. Possibly a broken sewage pipe, corpses with some body parts gone and sometimes from below the waist, footsteps, and dark rooms saying he broken the lights escaping possibly to make escaping difficult for the player. Just a slight suggestion.

That's what I meant. SCP-682 is much more destructive as it currently appears. And he's actually free-roaming, you just don't see him. Some destruction done by him like holes in the walls, destroyed objects and broken lights would at least give you the sense that he's present in the facility.

I like the idea of adding human ambiance. So what about, in rooms like the break room or offices, you will see some chaos in it? For example in the break room you could see chairs, or even tables, flipped on the ground, coffee cups spilled, food left half eaten. And for the offices things like documents and papers all thrown around due to the hurry to leave, and maybe cabinets open with bundles of papers inside, showing that before leaving the doctors took what was vital for their studies. Which will show that a containment breach is something more common that one would think.
