Good god. This is nearly impossible. I can't rig the model correctly without making it look like a complete mess when manipulated. So I'll put up a b3d with just the bone structure without verticie assignments. I'll also remove the neck bone.

Here: SCP-106 with the bone structure added Somebody will have to rig it on their own if they're familiar with fragmotion

is there a "polygroups" or just "groups" tab in there anywhere? i dont know anything about fragmotion.

FRAGmotion is more for simplists. Modelling beginners like me. So you'll have to get kinda used to it.

Hell, I could even call Blender the "Metal Gear Rex" of modeling softwares. It's dangerous in the hands of a beginner.

It might look weird when you pose it in FRAGmotion but make use of the move bone tool as well, not just the rotate tools, as it'll easily fix most errors in animation.
