Uh, it was said before that this needs to be re-written desperately due to bad grammar and such.

I assume English is not his first language. Or he's horrible at grammar. Either way, I don't really like the idea. Also, I can't make sense of it. A died/dead agent skinner walks away from SCP-096 and is SCP-096-1..? And then 096 kills a bunch of personnel, and then there's a tear off.
