Like, when your near the exits it announced that "all remaining survivors will be rescued". Shouldn't we make the MTF go into locked doors and help scientist out of the facility.

(MTF opens door)

MTF: Nine tailed fox to control, I have found Dr. {RANDOM NAME}

Scientist: Thank you!

Control: Alright, get him out of here.

(MTF and scientist walk out of room)

Here's another one for a Class-D

You see this happen through a room where a door is, but the door randomly closes and views this after it closes

(MTF walks into a random room)

MTF: You stop!

Class-D freezes.

MTF: Nine tailed fox to control I have encountered D , I am terminating him, over.

Class-D: No!

Class-D runs away

MTF: Fire!

MTF fires at him

MTF: Glad that's over with.

MTF leaves three-way room.

(Door opens)

I agree. Not only it would make for some more interesting events but also forebod that MTF's arent your friend nor your ally.

Like these ideas! It would also show that there are still some other survivors in the facility (which makes more sense) and make the radio more interesting.

Eh, the D running away dialogue could be a bit better. Why would you report a D number? It'd just be "A Class D Spotted. Terminating." *shots*

The scientist rescue could have us be able to put a couple of our doctors, as well as canon SCP researchers. It could work like the intercom, having it be one line for "Rescued Dr.-" and another for "Jones" for example. It'd sound like "Rescued Dr. Jones."

Here is a cutscence where MTF rescues a random doctor:

MTF opens door to inaccessible area to player

MTF: Nine tailed fox to control, I have Dr. Jansen

Dr. Jansen: Ok, let's take the pathway to the South East Wing.

If player interrupts

MTF: Oh shit! Class-D spotted. Terminating

Dr. Jensen: Oh god no!

The scientist runs to another inaccessible door by player

If player doesn't interrupt

MTF: Alright, lets get you out of here.

MTF and Scientist walk through an inaccessible door.

Maybe. Still sounds a bit corny. Why would a scientist panic over a D-Class when there's bloody anomalies on the loose tearing up space-time?

Remember, Anon; Class-D are convincted criminals who did something so bad that were sent on death row. The reason the Foundation uses them is because they are unwanted in society and are going to die anyways. So the scientist does not know what D-9341 did to go on death row, so he runs away, afraid.

Personally, I think that the whole thing about D-class all being death row inmates is mostly a lie. They go through quite a lot of D-class and I don't think there are that many death row inmates in the world. The Foundation also recruits homeless people as D-Class when they are running low and I think that they do this more than they will admit. Many of them are also foundation personnel who screwed up really badly or prisoners of the Foundation that they captured from their enemies or people who were caught using supernatural means to commit crimes. It also has been hinted that they use SCPs to create or resurrect D-class personnel.

And even if all the D-class really were death row inmates I agree that a scientist would be more worried about the monsters than a single escaped prisoner who is unarmed and also probably just as frightened, and even if he was scared of what the D-class might do I don't think that is a realistic sounding way to react.
