I think that this is not the right place to put mods. There is a separate area for mods.

Put it in the Modding section like your previous topics. You could ask a moderator to move it there.

If I remember it correctly, your previous topics in the Modding section got locked because you should only make them when you actually have something to show off, not just saying that you're going to do this mod in the future. Do you think making a topic in a different section is the solution?
