Yeah, I would assume that the blanks in the article definitely refer to 096 actually eating his targets. It fits within the context, especially in the interview.
Upon arriving at SCP-096-1's location, SCP-096 will proceed to kill and [DATA EXPUNGED] SCP-096-1. 100% of cases have left no traces of SCP-096-1.
Capt. █ wrote:We started firing when it picked up Corporal ██ and ripped off his leg. God, he was screaming for our help… fuckin 'A… anyway, we were blowing chunks out of the target, round after round. Didn't do jackshit. I almost lost it when it started [DATA EXPUNGED] him.
1: consume?
2: eating?
I think it'd be better to not show any of it though, that'd pretty much ruin the whole 'horror of the unknown' idea he had for when after he kills you.

If it was just eating, it wouldn't be behind data expunged; it's not really THAT bizarre. Expugement is usually reserved for the REALLY distrubing stuff. I mean just read the non-expunged versions of
835 (they're at the end of the page).
That's the stuff that should be behind every [DATA EXPUNGED].

Even though there's no confirmation of that.

Yeah when It turned out the things inside of it were actually [DATA EXPUNGED] they were shooting at, It almost blew my mind. Not sure what 096 does, if he was eating them you'd think the Captain would've directly seen it's face and should have died as well.
It could've been 'raping' too, ya' know :V

I thought people weren't allowed to know about that.
The 111-montauk part.

...er, yeah? Bright's phrase just means, if you think she's being raped, that's
your sick, sick mind thinking it, as the article doesn't say it's that. It's not a confirmation of what happens in 110-Montauk.

Well, seeing that the article says
"Six Class D Personnel with backgrounds as convicted sex offenders are to be assigned to SCP-231-7 each month for the purposes of carrying out Procedure 110-Montauk."
rape being involved in 110-Montauk would make sense.

Goodness me, how did you end up from SCP-096 eating like an obese American to... sexual offenders and such...?

Sex offenders are usually the most apathetic and cruel lot of criminals. Since the procedure is very horrible, they'd search for the people that'd be less likely to have moral qualms about it and botch the thing (which happened once, before they restrict the personnel executing it to sex offenders). It doesn't need to involve rape. And since intercourse can actually make a woman induce labor... I really don't think they'd risk it.
Besides, it'd be too obvious.
...gods damnit we went off-topic as hell.
