Have you ever tried gifcam? It records your animations instead of having to deal with making layer by layer by layer and it's much more easy to use then GIMP

I am sorry the GIF's and such were deleted. I accidentally deleted them when I was clearing out my Imgur. I'll upload new ones in a while.
