I hope you like it! I made it with GIMP.
I didn't use any crappy saturating shit. I made a couple of textures with GIMP, too.

The tattoo was on his arm originally, But this is a different D-Class with a tattoo.

You made a lot of use of the simplistic texturing tool. I have used GIMP and can confirm how easy this would be.
Looks better than your other stuff, but ultimately probably won't be used.

Also, here's a damaged janitor.
His face is supposed to be damaged, and his corpse is suppose to appear in SCP-970 as a phenomenon like the corpse with it's ruined face.
