You download the file, and use it on Containment Breach's .EXE.

If you're asking technically, a (very) simple way to explain it is that it modifies the .EXE in question to allow 32-bit .EXEs to use more than 2GB of RAM.

Did it still create a backup exe file in the process? If so, try deleting the exe you were using, change the name of the backup to the original (just remove ".backup") and patch that instead.

Gonna try it right now, hope it works because ive been an hour trying to get SCP: Nine tailed fox mod to work.
gonna try it on my SCP:CB too
