i got some questions about this idea

1º what the ATM would do to enchance the game.
2º how do you know if that is YOUR mastercard.
3º why in a place of science and Discoveries there would be an ATM?

1. because logic
2. because racecar
3. snacks need money

3º answer: Make sense...

personally I know a lot of working places with snack machines without any ATM on the place. But since every country is different...

Is it worth it?

Fine. a legit use:
You can use it on a vending machine, which gives you an energy drink
The energy drink can make your sprint FASTER, not longer.
limited to only one buy until the machine breaks.

So, if you (for some reason) tick off 096, you can potentially out run him (although running past 35 isnt really possible even under the consumption of an energy drink...)
lets say you give a better chase.
