Yep, written by Gears and all (won the contest, too). Seeing as he also wrote 106 itself, we can assume its depiction of the pocket dimension is the closest thing of a canon description for the place that we'll ever get.

There should be a room where the controls become inverted. It would fit well with the PD.

I thought that possibly, there could be the occasional child's wail inside the pocket dimension, but that seems a bit cliche and overdone with horror games as of late. Maybe an occasional tooth laying on the floor that could be picked up.
Otherwise, an idea I had for a room would be a spiral staircase that the player would start at the bottom of. It'd be enclosed by a cylindrical, stone wall, which would show signs of heavy decay and wear, with gaping holes and tears showing the moss green fog outside. At the center base of the well would be two very large and buglike eyes.

The staircase spirals around a pillar, with holes and decay on it. Occasionally a decayed, bloody, or burnt black hand reaches out and tries to grab you, you'd have to run for a moment to avoid it. You would start at the top and larry would spawn in front of a throne, because he's the god of the PD as one said.
Other things I'd like are some visible fog on the ground, a sky in some of the levels, and some scenery.

Interesting story.
The part in the P.D., i understood it that he was holding a baby body, wrapped somewhat in barb wire, in his arms and that he were using it's body, or rather vocal cords, to cry with seeing as he propably can't cry on his own.
This just changed how i am going to look at 106 from now on.
Could say that he is only kidnapping people into his pocket dimension to try and get somehow healed from digesting their bodies, but can't because of the black, acid like, mucus.
Halloween must be his favorite season celebration now.

Did any one consider my idea on the first page? With clones of him standing side-by-side and act as walls, with one of them possibly being the actual 106?

Yes, and there would be like a 50/50 Chance that one of them is the real 106 who would slowly come out the wall and chase the player.
