It' s likely that they wouldn't bother with most dead bodies as they would be use to seeing such i thing. However they my need to check to see of any higher ups died in the breach

You could hide in LWCs. And, after you hide, and they are standing still looking around, you can "stun" them, like in Assassins Creed, where they just get knocked out.
Also, their guns should have anti-measures from being taken. Maybe a message when you pick it up saying "A click is heard."
Then, it will be labeled GUN in inventory, until you try to use it, then it becomes "UNFUNCTIONAL GUN".

Heh, that would be funny, in the easter egg kinda funny. But yeah, it would be cool. Just put it there, and when one of them finds it, he'll just examine it, maybe call in the other guys.

Now to apply secondary adjustments to the physique:
Anyways, back to the subject. I really like this Idea, and as stated above, like the idea of smashing buttons. Maybe you could go further and even get some sort of experimental hacking device that lets you make doors unopenable.
