Anyone else wondered what 096 would do if 513-1 saw his face?

I think 513-1 is memetic, so doesn't technically exist.

He is kind of a physical entity as far as i understand it, and the part with "Never ring it. If you hear it, he can touch you." seems to solidify it a bit more.

Is he memetic? I never thought he was memetic. Just, err, magic.

If SCP-513-1 is memetic, then can't you just use SCP-714 to avoid him and for him to not kill you?

I think that 714, should protect you from the affects of 513 and 513-1 but only while you are wearing it, ring the bell while wearing 714 and you will be ok, but as soon as you remove 714, you will start to suffer the affects, or maybe if you have already rang 513, 714 will not be able to protect you as the affects of 513 are already in motion.

Agreed, but you'd have to receive some negative effects from 714, as I suggested before. Blink bar drops more quickly, lose the ability to sprint.
