Sounds like a really good idea (I think so, anyway, since it does kinda follow what the main article says)

The game
does make a crunch/snap sound when 106 hits you, after all
We could try and see what Regalis thinks about the idea, I guess?

Like this idea, not sure how you can fix a broken ankle with a medical kit though, other than a couple if painkillers, even then that might still be rather painful. But it makes much more sense then the current 106 jabbing into your intestines with an incredibly loud splattering sound, maybe a small unhinging or snapping sound instead. And a message in the pocket dimension to explain what happened.

I think it can use the MTF injury system(without the headshots and disabling the bulletproof vest) so it wouldn't be annoying to be slow in the entire game.But i think 106 should kill you if you get into PD so much.

I like this idea, but not ankles because it's extremely unrealistic to walk on an injured leg, no matter how small the injury. I think it could use the MTF injury system.

There should also be a short "cinematic" where the player fall to the ground, tries to crawl away, then gets dragged back as the screen fades to black. After that they wake up in the pocket dimension and stands up (Pocket dimension stuff resumes as normal after that)
