Okay, I agree with the sniper ending as an Alternative at Gate A if you've captured SCP-106 or something; as for another squad brandishing AR's I thought about it personally, but the current MTF ("Nine-Tailed-Fox") is already pretty deadly; perhaps much further down in updates when the facility has most likely doubled in size somethings feasible. Maybe the Chaos Insurgency or Marshall, Carter & Dark Ltd. Mercenaries..

Man... the MTF Soldiers is not "Totaly" dead.... the Guards are totaly dead with "some dead bodies here and there"
is dead guys... the mtf can't be die... now have new targets to eliminate....

Why would Foundation personnel kill MTFs who are also Foundation personnel?

yes... the objective of Black ops is kills Scientists,ClassD's and MTF's , and destroy the file server system
and the most sounds from Blackops is on ventilation system with normal MTF foot steps
