Can you make your vision all blurry and such?
If SCP-714 is supposed to make the wearer really tired, they should suffer more effects than just really no way to run

This would be nice if there was occasional blurriness; but it might confuse the player that something else may be 'memetically' affecting them when it does randomly blur. I think it should drop the blink bar down about 30% faster too while worn, because your blinking often due to sleepiness.

there should also be a bit of a slouch when you walk, just to say that you're very groggy
(but then that may confuse itself with the injury system...)

I'd say limping could also suffice for the effect of fatigue, you're likely to be tripping over yourself when so tired.

That's what I mean
maybe every now and then you fall into crouch mode because you can't really keep yourself held up.
and, if the ring is worn for too long, you'll fall asleep, and essentially die because nobody is going to pull the ring off you

no. 714 only works with memetics.

I should also note that SCP-714 should give you mouse input lag
Since you give "delayed reaction" when wearing 714, you should have input lag.

But it makes you look at the screen

thats automatic
since that specific monitor should have dangers on it, it's scripted to look at it automatically

vs other monitors which just have camera feed
