I was thinking, from time to time when you enter some rooms, 173 would have its head turned like in the original photo for a creep factor, and in the intro to provide the first uncomfortable moment. It would have a couple of other postures too, choking, pressing button, mid walk maybe. Also sexy pose Easter egg posture.

Maybe it could work, even if 173's article has no info about this, in the photo his head his turning to the viewer slightly.

But no, they should be too common nor exagerated. Just minimal, and rare. Like only if opening a door. Or his head facing the player when you find him in a room and in the intro. And no, no easter eggs. You guys seriously want the game to be full of references.

In the lockroom he can look at the camera, in the red room with the vent, he can be leaning on the wall and looking at you like in the photo. Maybe he can have some dynamic poses, like he's going through a room and he's "startled" by you opening the door, so he looks over his shoulder.
