I am trying to play the game in the correct resolution of my computer, but for some reason, the mouse does not move around the whole screen, like there's a small border around it. How can I fix it? I've tried playing in lower resolutions, but they're either unbearable or the visuals glitch out during gameplay. Please help!

What do you mean by a small border?
I also have the standard resolution 1920X1080 and everything is fine for me. However, I have Auto-Adjusting activated for my monitor, so it is supposed to correct the image if in fullscreen (I set it up in my monitor options, but that depends on what monitor you have).
But in 1.3 there is also fake-fullscreen which is faking a fullscreen display with the desktop resolution. Maybe that will also fix your issue.

The issue is still persisting, but when in 720p, the game works fine, but is a little low rez and I can't read things too well. I really need a fix for the mouse in 1080p, because even in game, I can't look to the right or look down completely, it just stops my mouse from moving.
