I loaded a save where I was in SCP-914 containment chamber, then a red text on my screen displayed said "error Blitz3D error_file_0_txt." (I can't remember what it was). I exit and load the save again and the text isn't there. Is this something to worry about?

Nah nothing to worry about, it's just that the game failed to load some random files (me it's always a sound like "unknow stream") reloading the game should fix it
