"FATAL ERROR: Your computer does not support the rendering of 3D graphics within a window" this error pops up when i try to join start the game :/ the game worked fine with no lag or anything but when i finished a round of cs-go i tried to start scp again and the message wont go away :/ i tried reinstalling the game but it still the same thing

I am experiencing this issue.
The game used to work perfectly but it's been a few months since I've fired it up. I'm not sure what might have changed on my system other than Microsoft updates and nVidia driver updates, all of which are installed and current.
My system is Windows 7x64, 16GB RAM, i5 3570k, RTX 2060 FE, Afterburner.
Everything was the same the last time it worked so I'm not sure what's happened. I'm not seeing logs or errors in Event Viewer.
Not having issues with other programs or games graphically.
I tried deleting and re-installing SCP. It's the latest release. It was before, too.
I went in the options file and put in my native resolution and put it to full screen. I also tried Borderless Window. I'm not sure what else to do.
I suppose I should have made my own bug report but this is my first post so I can't start a thread yet. Or maybe this is fine since it's the same error.
Haven't a clue what to try at this point.
