"Failed to load texture GFX/fog.jpg"

So I've been attempting to start SCP:CB for a little bit now and I'm running on a Mac OS X. I've downloaded Winebottler so I could get it started. Problem is, I have everything loaded and I managed to get past the "Memory access violation" error, it's bringing up the "Failed to load texture GFX/fog.jpg". I've looked into the files and the "fog.jpg" file IS there, and I've re-downloaded it twice, but nothing appears to be working.
Any and all help would be appreciated.
