Mouse freedom of movement bug

My mouse is limited on one of the directions I try to look at. Every time I try to look to my "right" the mouse would stop at (let's say) 90 degrees (of rotation). It moves perfectly on any other direction but "right".
I have V 1.3.11
Resolution to the max with NVidia GeForce GTX 1060
Never had a problem like this before. What should I do? or what can you do?
