With the new unstacking of items when dropping them, items have a tendancy to go into walls, when dropped en masse. Only encountered minor occurances with this, but, in the wrong situation, you could lose your omni card.

For the moment, you should watch out for what you are about to do with your items. They will, maybe, add a patch with the wall collision with item too on future version of the game.
