Which room?, it helps to know which one caused the MAV. (Game crash)

Some rooms that caused MAV's in my experience (At least in older versions, they might be fixed now)

-106 containment chamber
-Maintenance tunnels
-049 tunnels
-096 server room
-light containment zone elevator guard room (Believe this is fixed in V.9)

Every new save I create/play it just crashes randomly when I enter any room.
