I have the same problem

Download the new patch. It works now. But I'm have a bit of an issue. Going up stairs in the game is troublesome... Anyone else have this issue???

Enable The Direct Play
Windows 8 ~ 10
Didnt Enable The Direct Play By The Default
Step :
Go To Control Panel > Uninstall A Program > Turn On Windows Features On Or Off > Expand The Legacy Component Tabs > Check The Directplay Box > Ok > Wait For Windows To Applying The Changes > Re Start The Game

What if you try to enable Direct play, and it fails, due to an error? :\

Turns out, I had to enable legacy stuff, THEN direct play, weird...

I can't find the SCP thing in < Uninstall A Program >
