[0.9.2] Random bugs

Don't have any screenshots, but here's a small list of bugs I ran into when playing v0.9.2. I don't usually play bugfix/small updates since I have to switch over to my ancient (notrlly) XP to do so.
MAVs:
Not many for me luckily, I wasn't willing to try out the gas mask MAV since I'll take everyone else's word for it. I can confirm that it also applies to the hazmat suit, so there. The most problematic MAV for me was the teleport command. Whenever I misspelled a room input name, I'd get an MAV. Sometimes, I even spelt the name of the room right, like room2testroom2. The only room I managed to teleport to without getting an MAV was room2, out of the 6 or so times I reopened the game.
Keypads:
Keypads are bugged for me, the button outlines are misaligned with the actual numbers, otherwise than that, they worked fine.
Less important bugs:
KeycardUse interrupts other sounds playing in-game. For example, it will always replace DoorCheckpoint when opening a checkpoint door. Another example was it replacing Announc.ogg when the MTF entered the facility.
A couple of 035's voice lines are incorrect from what I know of about his script and when he's supposed to say things. He will tell you about Gate A when you gas (but don't kill) him and will always tell you how to get out at Gate B when you open the door without objecting. Those two should be switched around.
I'll add any more if I notice.
