wait, i found it. but is an invissible card, and i cant see the "get-item" icon, i just walk through the corridor clicking like an epileptic and later i can see/use the keycard in the inventary. i will try download it again, or maybe is my laptop. again, sorry for the bad english.

If the keycard was invisible, it may be a texture or material problem.
