Upon coming across one of the checkpoints connecting LCZ and HCZ, SCP-049 appeared in the corner of the room.

At the time of this incident I was running risingstar64's SCP:CB executable (from http://scpcbgame.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=4053).
I had already passed through SCP-049's initial containment chamber and activated the levers triggering his event.
Seed used was 445x8r.

As of v1.0 SCP-049 can use the elevators to get out of his chamber area, so that's normal.
