[1.1] Balcony guard not shooting [FIXED]

Hi. I have discovered a bug in the intro, which I dont see to have been reported before.
The event: Player refuses to enter 173's containment chamber, and he is designed to termination.
What should happen: Guard faces the player and shoots him.
What happens: Guard enters the shooting position, but stares. He wont shoot regardless of player's position in the room. HOWEVER if the player enables "noclip" and flies a bit up in the air, the guard will shoot as supposed.

Update 2: I took some screenshoots at Regalis' request.
In this one, you can see the guard staring at the player. He wont shoot no mather where I go (as long as I am on the ground).
However, if I noclip and fly up, he will finally start shooting.
