[1.0.6] 049 death bug [FIXED]

Event: SCP-049 touches the player. (Technically, player doesnt die, but enters the "zombified mode" which gives him this zombie breath and forces him to face an MTF. Studied with noclip).
What should happen: Regardless of where the player gets touched by 049, he is teleported to 049's containment chamber + corridors. Here MTFs spawn to terminate him.
What happens:
a) if the player is killed inside 049's corridors, then everything works as intended.
b) if the player is killed anywhere else (e.g. light containment zone, office zone) then he is teleported there, however the rooms do not load as intended, making the player fall through floors. What to player will hear/see is probably just the MTF sentence and blank screen (except for GUI). Maybe a very short view of the MTF before falling through the floor. In the end, as you fell, the MTF won't shoot you to end your gameplay...
If NOCLIP is on (so you won't fall), you can see that the MTFs and the lights, but the floor/ceiling/walls as blank/not loaded.
(I think also once got the same blank rooms when using "teleport (room)" command).
So the whole bug in the end would be about rooms not loading as intended when teleporting to them from distance.
Other stuff I noticed: Since 1.0's, the MTFs are spawned too close to the player, so in around 1 second of the event, you will see the player trying to walk through the MTF... (this game over event I only got to see if I got caught by 049 in his corridors). Could be changed by setting the players teleport a few metters back or putting this one MTF spawn a few metters away (I think).
Off-topic: It looks like after 049's death, 049-2 zombies cease to walk, behaving like spawned Guards
