I get an MAV as soon as the game opens, and it's a fresh installation of 1.1.5. Help?

Try running as an administrator, make sure the game is not too many directories into your computer (Desktop/spooky/scary/skeletons/send/shivers/down/your/spine/SCP -Containment Breach), and run in compatibility mode if it's a newer OS.
