[1.1.3] Wrong 173 behavior with MTF [FIXED]

NPCs used:
-SCP-173
-3x MTFs
All spawned by game
What happens: MTFs stare at 173 as supposed, telling each other to forget about me and telling each other when they blink.
The bug: 173 still moves when I blink, even though MTFs are looking at it
UPDATE: Still present in 1.1.3
Update: Fixed in latest version
