[1.1] Error loading button.ogg after downloading

Downloaded the game but whenever I try to start, it fails at loading the button.ogg file and quits me out. I downloaded from Mirror 2 (directly off of the SCP:CB website).

Is the exact error message ""Failed to load Sound: SFX\button.ogg"? Can you see if there's a sound clip with that name in the SFX folder?

I actually did that before I put this report here, and the file was there, I could open it up and everything. Just wasn't loading.
