[1.2.2] A few bugs I have encountered

Hello, after playing and enjoying the new update, I noticed a couple of bugs that I encountered that I will try my best to explain how they happened.

[Computer Specification]
Operating System: Windows 7 64-Bit
Processor: AMD Quad-Core A8-3520M
Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 6620G + HD 7450M
RAM: 6 GB

Before I get into the bugs, I will list the troubleshooting that I have already tried.
1.) Playing on different map seeds
2.) Running the program as an administrator
3.) Running in compatibility for 'Windows XP (Service Pack 3)'
4.) Trying the game at every resolution
5.) Re-downloading SCP:CB in-case of a bad install

Even after trying all of those I still encountered the bugs, which seem to happen in almost every map I have played.

[Bug 1]

[What happened?]
After exploring the heavy containment zone, and approaching a 3-way intersection, I found a guard who was standing there that I believe is supposed to be dead.

[Notes]
I also occasionally see a dead guard in a 3-way room in the same map, possibly linking to the room spawning code.

[Bug 2]

[What happened?]
After entering SCP-860, if I go down certain paths (most commonly, the straight paths that should lead to an intersection) I get to positions where I cannot go any further due to the map not loading correctly. After spending some time in SCP-860, SCP-106 also spawned and started chasing me.

[Notes]
I am not sure if it is a bug that SCP-106 was able to get into SCP-860 but it doesn't seem normal (as seen in the image, as his "eyes" don't render correctly due to the different fog in SCP-860)

[Bug 3]

[What happened?]
Much like the SCP-860 bug, when I enter the entrance zone, certain rooms don't spawn. It's hard to pinpoint which ones struggle to spawn, but what I have seen in the maps I have played, is that sometimes the entrance zone inside of the 'checkpoint' room is empty, and in other maps, it seemed to be rooms preventing me from reaching the 'canteen' and also the 'electrical facility'.

[Notes]
I noticed this happening in versions past 1.0.0 of SCP:CB, just mentioning it again as it is in this version.

[Bug 4]

[What happened?]
Upon walking through the 'storage area' where you find SCP-939, after successfully sneaking past them and exploring the facility for some time, I returned to the 'storage area', hearing gunfire sounds playing extremely loudly, and when I went to where SCP-939 patrols, I found 2 guards shooting SCP-939, with SCP-939 being attached to the wall.

[Notes]
I found this happens after the MTF Units have entered the facility for some time. This bug was actually very funny when I found out what was going on. On a side note, it seems that sometimes when trying to sneak past SCP-939 that they can get stuck on the doorways they walk through, sandwiching you into your doom (which also happened on a separate playthrough ;-;)

[Bug 5]

[What happened?]
After entering the room where SCP-079 can be found, heading down the stairs into the room with the dead guard causes a MAV. Saving and re entering sometimes lets you past it, but it seems to be random.

[Notes]
I know this has bug has been mentioned before, but I am just updating it with what I have found out. It seems that when in SCP-079's chamber that the SCP-895 ambience music plays, which happens on every map for me even when SCP-895 is not anywhere nearby.

Well, that's it for now, I'll update this if I find anymore. I hope this information helps, I appreciate that it takes time to sort these things out, so let me know if there is any more information you need (excluding the map seeds, I did a fresh install again to see if it fixed it).

Thank you to any developers who read this for making such an enjoyable and re-playable game, for making SCP:CB a game that rolled the ball for me to start making my own games.

(And anyone else to that matter involved in the game, forums, or SCP wiki itself for being such an awesome community)

I have that fifth bug as well. And as soon as I step in front of the door leading to SCP-079, the ground vanishes. I'm also having a lot of trouble getting SCP-294 to work properly. The colour/alpha/messages/etc of the drinks seem to work fine, but anything pertaining to blink/stamina/injuries doesn't work. For example, drinking a cup of life when injured won't heal you.

It would help a lot with the bughunting if you could post seeds for them maps that are generating properly.

Also, did you noclip through the checkpoint doors when you encountered that "empty room" in the entrance zone? The map generator sometimes places a couple of "dead end" checkpoints which don't lead anywhere, but you shouldn't be able to get through those rooms without noclipping.

I will list any seeds in a future reply to this topic, I'm annoyed I did not note the seeds before deleting them, but I will make a note of any future seeds which contain any of these bugs. I am so annoyed that I deleted the saves with these bugs, the fact that I cannot recreate them is probably a good thing, but I will keep trying to recreate them.

In answer to the second point, no, I do not remember using noclip to go through any checkpoint doors, I believe I went through the checkpoint using a keycard and ran into an Entrance Zone door that was the picture of "Bug 3", I later found a checkpoint zone that led to the entrance zone, which I could also go through, however some areas were cut-off inside of the entrance zone itself, such as the T-Shaped Hallway in the Entrance Zone, where one of the doors on either side lead to nothing like the "Bug 3" picture.

Again, I will post seeds corresponding to the bugs mentioned when I find them.

Thank you for time with fixing these bugs, as I noticed that you fixed the SCP-079 room bug.

I'm playing 1.2.3 and here are a list of the bugs I have so far experienced:

1. Interacting with the control panels, and provoking SCP-049, invariably leads to an MAV within seconds.

2. Going down the stairs to the control room in SCP-106's containment room makes the whole room disappear. (Important to note that the soundtrack changes to the SCP-895 ambience.

3. Encountering a running figure, using the model of the SCP-106 scientist victim, after being forced to go back down to the storage room where SCP-939 specimens patrol. The figure appeared to fall from the ceiling and ran (using an animation I do not believe is currently being used by the game itself and attempts to find it in the files have come up with nothing) in a single direction until reaching the corner of the room and staying still, still running into the wall however.

4. When finishing the game and exiting through Gate A (without initiating SCP-106 Recall Protocol) SCP-106 will appear not in the usual place but right next to me, but the model and sound will disappear after fully corroding through the floor. Then the ground wherever I stand will corrode and turn black, typical of SCP-106. Security Chief Franklin will, over the intercom, inform the guards at Gate A of the escape of SCP-106 despite the absence of the old man.

5. I can enter SCP-860-1 without incident, but the Forest Monster has never spawned to attack me. On one occasion I have seen the glowing eyes of the monster followed by the scurrying away of the creature into the woods but the creature has never come down to attack me. After seeing the eyes I waited, standing still, for around 2 minutes and then wandered back along the paths hoping to provoke it ( I have never encountered it myself). The monster is still yet to spawn..

This thread is for bugs related to the older version, 1.2.2. Not the newer 1.2.3

Thank you for your bug report, but I suggest you make a new relevant thread, considering this thread has not been replied to in half a year.
