When i enter Test Room 4-A(SCP 1074 Containment Chamber)and when i view SCP 1074,D-9341's painting doesn't appear.

Did you equip SCP-714 beforehand? That causes you to be immune to the effects of SCP-1074 iirc.

Nope i did not equip it.Same with night vision goggles not equipped.

SCP 1074 icon not appearing
