SCP: CB 1.2.3 MAV whenever I hit F5 to save

I tried multiple things in this: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=3742
Still gives me a MAV.
I've ran it as administrator, i've tried everything and I don't know what the problem is!
I'd also like to point out that it also gives me a MAV when I try to save on Euclid which means I can only save at screens.
I have no idea what to do since it makes playing the game pretty hard.
