[1.2.3] Footstep sound bug

So, I was playing 1.2.3 again when I reached the big room with the two people getting killed by 173.
Their footstep sounds were bugged. (With bugged, I mean that they were repeating quicker than they should be normally.)

This bug also have all models that use ClassD model
Fixed.
