[1.2.3] SCP-008 infection is too long

So, while checking out SCP-008's effects, I've noticed that instead of 4 to 5 minutes, the infection takes around 10 minutes.
That is too long in my opinion, it used to be shorter in previous versions.

Yes, but 10 minutes is quite long by SCP:CB standards.

Because for me, it seems like that the effect is taking longer than in like 1.0 (Where it took around 5 minutes, while it now takes around 10)
