SCP-096 will spawn in the lockroom if you haven't been to room2servers yet, but if you have, SCP-096 never spawns in it.

I think that's intentional.

It's because it's a way to basically choose where SCP-096 spawns, and since is only a single instance unlike 966 which has multiple instances, 096 can't be in two places at once.

But then why does it remove 096 from lockroom2 if you visited it already and re-spawns it in room2servers but doesn't remove 096 from room2servers if you visited it already and then walk through lockroom2 again with 096 missing?
