Hello, I was wondering if anything could make SCP-CB version 1.2.3 work on my computer.. here is the info of my computer

windows 8.1

processor: AMD A6-4400M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics
System Type: 64-bit Operating System, x64 based processor,

It gives me the 0x80070002 error code screen saying The system cannot find the file specified.. ive tried many different forums and threads to help, but none would work!! I have a deep interest of wanting to play this game, and would be so grateful for support!! Thanks!

also, if there is any other details you need that were left out, dont hesitate to ask! i will do alot just to get this game working!

Ah! I know how to fix this:
Open "add or remove programs", select "enable or disable the components", "include components of the previous versions" - Direct play.
I hope this is the right translation

Would the fact that i do not see Direct Play in the programs list affect anything? How can i get it to show?
