It's because W10 is poorly optimised for old engines like Blitz.

Is it not happening in windowed mode?

I don't think it's texture glitches, I think it's just flickering caused by v-sync. I had the same problem. Open up the options file in notepad, and find vsync. Change the 1 to a 0 to disable vsync, don't add anything extra like a space between the = and the 0 or 1 or you could mess things up.

Try to turn off v-sync in options.ini (change vsync = 1 to vsync = 0)

Yeah I'm having the same exact problem except all the textures and pretty much everything goes black and disappears but it works exactly the way it did before but now I can't see and/or do anything at all without knowing what's even happening.

I've added the SCP - Containment Breach application to my Steam library and booted the game up, It appears to have fixed the texture bugs but the 'memory access violation' still happens from time to time. Try it out and see if it works for you.

P.S - I've tried running with vsync = 1, and 'enable bump mapping' on, and it appears to cause the texture glitching even with Steam. Make sure vsync = 0 in the options, and turn off 'enable bump mapping'. I'll continue messing around and see if it works properly.

P.S.S - At some point I walked into a room and the textures bugged out, same with loading saves at times, I believe this is due to an SCP spawning nearby, or accessing areas that don't seem to load properly on entry. I quite to the main menu and reloaded, this seems to fix it at times, but quitting the game and reloading appears to always work.
