[1.3.1] 008 Containment Chamber doesn't always spawn

Sorry for the undetailed bug report but i don't have much.
SCP-008 Containment Chamber doesn't spawn in all seeds, this is the first time i've seen it but it's still a bug. Teleporting to 008's chamber didn't work. I made a new save with a different seed and teleported to 008's chamber just fine.
Btw the seed is 29pxre50, can someone test it and see if it spawns or not?

That also seems to happen for room2ccont (Electrical Center) for some reason. We have to look why this happens (and probably adding a function to force the room to spawn).
BTW: If 008's chamber doesn't spawn, then you should actually be able to just walk past checkpoint2.

Well, then that's another thing I have to look at (I will probably add a system to force some rooms to spawn that are needed for gameplay, if they aren't spawned).

Couldn't you just set the spawn rate for 008's containment chamber to 100 in that rooms file?
