Red NVG removal bug

It's as simple as that...
When you have equipped the Red NVG (that you get by putting any NVG in 914 on Very Fine), you open your inventory and drop them.
It should remove your Night Vision Effect, but it doesn't, unlike the other NVGs and the Gas Mask...
I think since it was recently introduced, the removal by inventory was forgotten ^^'
