Although I didn't turn them off proper; I only did not turn them back on after SCP-079 turned them off upon my arrival in the Electrical Center.

Game configuration: 1600x900, fullscreen, use launcher, difficulty: safe, map seed: ga18h34h. No cheats.

Fixed, alongside the secondary lights breaking 1123 and the Pocket Dimension.
