I did do a quick google search on the same bug and i did find a thread but it 2 years old and presents no solution.

Im doing a all achievement run and that requires no console commands due to the Fair Play Achievement

BTW yes I did try and disable bump mapping but that did nothing to fix the problem.

Sadly.. but you need to start new game.
Also there is no bump mapping since 1.3

I'm falling through elevator floors at other locations like where scp-54 is and other places. I also sometimes fall through the floor instantly upon my first load of a saved game.
