So I decided to use Borderless windowed mode while playing. I turned the settings down a few notches and went in with the resolution at 1600x900. The main menu worked fine. Upon loading in, my screen was reduced to about half and the entire game was playing in the top left corner of my screen. The window was rectangular and reached almost to the center of my monitor screen. Also, the screen was flickering as if I was looking in two different directions at once.

I will try to recreate this issue later in order to investigate it. Also, what is your native resolution [The highest that your screen does].

My monitor is a 1920 by 1080.

I believe this is to do with windows itself. Why? Because this can happen with a lot of games. For examples:

Source Engine games
Borderlands games

I'm not sure about the bug itself, but try lowering the resoulution.
if you don't want to do that, then change it into fullscreen then it should work.
