Can't Start the Game

Whenever I try to start the game, a message pops up saying "The program can't start because fmod.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." despite that there is a file marked "bb_fmod.dll" in the file I downloaded already. Well, I tried fixing it by uninstalling and reinstalling, and nothing changed. What happened? All I want to do is play SCP -

I installed the full game and still get the fmod error

sure. I mean, there is a file called fmod in the file, but maybe something else's missing, I don't know.
