[1.3.7] Levers are able to rotate fully on a panel

#1
I've noticed that whenever I'm able to use a wall-mounted lever in the game, I can make it rotate fully, even making the lever go into the mesh it's attached to. A minor bug, and only visual, as you're able to fix the lever easily.

PC SPECS (4/26/2017):
PC: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Model: HP Pavilion 17 Notebook PC (Hewlett-Packard)
Processor: AMD A10-5745 APU (Radeon HD Graphics, 4CPUs ~2.1GHz)
RAM: 8192 MB
DirectX Runtime: DirectX 12 (Still Mainly Using DirectX 11.2)
Monitor: Attached. (1600x900 32-bit, 60Hz)
Sound Emulation: Headset-Earphone (RAZER Kraken 7.1 Surround Chroma)

THE ERROR:
A minor visual glitch; levers can do full 360* turns on the mesh they're attached to.

EXAMPLE:
No steps are truly required for testing this. You can do this yourself very easily, just go to a room with levers and move your camera down (or up) whenever the lever is in the down (or up) position.
-------------------------------------------------------------
1) Teleport to the Electrical Center ("room2ccont")
2) Go into the control booth (duh)
3) After the light effect, turn the secondary lights and primary lights on.
4) Fiddle around with the primary lights lever (as it doesn't do anything).
5) ???
6) After pushing the lever down/left (or up/left) you'll notice that it'll sometimes go BEHIND the mesh it's attached to. You can do full 360* turns with it, and it'll still work.

MODIFICATIONS USED:
As far as I'm aware, this happens by default for the game in its entirety. But, I did modify my executable (and even with the vanilla backup, I still had the problem)

1) 4GB Patch
2) Remove Gas Mask+Hazmat Overlay Patch (Texture Edit)

IN-GAME OPTIONS:

Borderless Windowed Mode: Disabled
16-Bit: Disabled
Resolution: 1280x768

Bump Mapping: Enabled
V-Sync: Disabled
Anti-Aliasing: Disabled
Enable Room Lights: Enabled
Gamma: Lowest

Particle Amount: Full
Texture LOD Bias: -0.8 (I have no Johnny-Fucking-Clue what this does and what the best setting is)

AUDIO:
Music Volume: Almost Off
Sound Volume: Almost Off
Sound Auto-Release: Enabled
Enable User Tracks: Enabled (Not in use, though)
User Track Mode: Enabled (Repeat)

CONTROLS:
Default (Containment Breach Standard)

ADVANCED:
Show HUD: Enabled
Enable Console: Enabled
Open Console on Error: Disabled

Achievement Pop-ups: Enabled

Show FPS: Enabled
Frame-Limit: Disabled (Game runs at steady 34 FPS)

Anti-Aliased Text: Disabled (Looks kinda ugly, no offense Juan :P )

CONSOLE COMMANDS:
Disable173
Disable106
spawnitem Key6 (Omni-Keycard)

IMAGE(S):
Only one image I feel is necessary. This happens with all levers.

As you see here, I am (clearly) controlling the lever as it's behind the panel and inside the console.

In any case, hope this was enough for a bug report.

Cyka-AlyMar1994: Out of here. Peace.
That is... a very big bug report. Most of the information is actually useless... But we know about this issue. I don't know if we will be able to fix it for 1.3.8
