Im on windows 10 and SCP:CB is not working even if i try compatibility mode and run as an admin

everytime i try to run SCP:CB it just says "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application" and i ran it on every compatibility mode as an admin and its still not working does anyone know a solution to this problem?

I did these steps and i have windows 10, but it still wont load. I reinstall the game and it works, as soon as i leave it doesn't work again.

NVM. I just loaded the game from the file, not the desktop app.
