While there is an Addon to export models to B3D on google, you might as well use FragMOTION to convert Blenders .mdl file to a .b3d file.

Oh. Ok. Does it also add the animations and bones? I hope so.

No, you have to animate and rig the models yourself. Unless you buy a .mdl pack online.
